Online Booking

To request a meeting with me, please complete the Booking Request Form below, including any details pertinent to our rendezvous.

 

I will receive notification when you submit the form and will follow-up to obtain any additional information I need for screening purposes and to confirm your appointment.

• Please review the Screening Requirements page and determine which method of screening you prefer. The booking form will ask you for this information.

• ID photos can be texted or emailed to me following submission of the booking form. (Contact details can be found in the website footer.) Please just mention that you booked online and are sending the documentation as follow-up.

• No payments are being processed online. I accept CASH ONLY. This tool is strictly for scheduling at this point.

No appointment is officially scheduled until you receive confirmation directly from me. I will do everything I can to accommodate your request though. Thank you so much for the interest! XOXO
